How long does it take to have an album made?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of photograph, but if you have a more urgent requirement please call or e-mail and we will try and oblige.
How many pages are included?
albums have 20 pages as standard but if you would like more they cost £4.95 for 5.
Please note we do not recommend more than 20 extra pages per album.
photo books come with 20 pages as standard (1 photo per side) but if you would like more they cost £1.50 each. Please note we do not recommend more than 40 extra pages per photo book.
Can we send it abroad?
Yes we can deliver abroad. The cost is likely to be in the region of £25 for a large photo album, but please contact us with the details of what you want to buy and where you want it shipped and we'll confirm a price to you.
If I can't decide on the colors of the bindings and ribbons can you choose for me?
We are more than happy to choose the colors for you.

How are the albums presented?
The albums come wrapped in tissue paper in a beautiful purple presentation box.
What happens to our original pictures?
If you have sent us a print, you will receive the photo back unharmed.
Can I pick up my order from your office?
The albums etc are hand made in Hertfordshire and are sent by post from there to your delivery address.
How are the albums sent?
They are sent by Royal Mail using their recorded delivery service.
