Delivery & Returns
We are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders to the UK.
Delivery outside the UK is charged at cost according to the weight of your order. If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside the UK, simply place your order through our website and select 'Outside of the United Kingdom' as your delivery region. After you fill in your delivery details, we'll check with our couriers to find the cheapest available postage and send you a quote for your order.
Each order we receive is carefully handcrafted and quality checked, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks (or up to 21 days) for delivery of your order. International deliveries may take a little longer depending on the destination.
If you have a more urgent requirement, please call or email and we will try to oblige wherever possible.
We are sure that you will love your items, but as our products are personalised to your unique requirements, we regret that we can only accept returns for items which are faulty or damaged in the post. You will receive a confirmation of your order with a mock-up of any items you have ordered for your approval before your items are made, and you may cancel your order at this stage if you wish.
Items are offered in good faith. Any orders lost or damaged in the post will be replaced on receipt of confirmation of the loss or damage. In the case of damage we will require notification of same on delivery and the return of the item at your cost.
Mistakes do happen. If you have a problem with something you have bought from us please talk to us. You can telephone, email or write to us. If you choose to phone us and we do not answer, please leave a message as we may be busy in our workshop.
